Asking Senators to cosponsor legislation passed in the NJ House supporting PBM Reforms providing greater transparency, accountability and fairness to the prescription drug marketplace. This bill creates a NADAC+ dispensing fee reimbursement model to ensure fair reimbursements.

Ohio Passed a dedicated licensing & regulatory framework for PBM's creating stronger oversight standards and requiring PBM's to operate under a comprehensive set of transparency, reporting, and accountability requirements ensuring a fairer pharmacy marketplace while supporting the pharmacies that serve patients in communities across the state.
