In 2025, we had the honor of celebrating so many member milestones across the country. Independent pharmacies opened their doors for the first time, and longtime members marked major anniversaries. From California to Connecticut and everywhere in between, these moments reflect the strength and momentum of independent pharmacy.

This year’s grand openings represent more than new storefronts. They represent pharmacists stepping into ownership, teams investing in their neighborhoods, and communities gaining access to personalized and trusted healthcare. Each celebration marked the beginning of something meaningful for patients and for the industry.
We also proudly recognized milestone anniversaries that remind us why independent pharmacy is built to last. Celebrating 10, 25, and even 150 years in business is no small feat. These pharmacies have adapted through industry changes, served generations of families, and remained rooted in their communities through it all.
Our 2025 milestone celebrations included Elite Pharmacy celebrating 10 years in Littleton, Oswald’s Pharmacy marking an incredible 150 years in Naperville, Wasatch Pharmacy celebrating 25 years in Ogden, and Fair Haven celebrating 10 years in New Haven. These anniversaries serve as powerful reminders of what is possible with dedication, strong relationships, and a patient first mindset.
At IPC, we know that opening a pharmacy or reaching a major anniversary takes an enormous amount of work. That is why our celebrations program exists. This program is available to GPO members for grand openings and for major milestones anniversaries. Our goal is simple. To support our members, celebrate their achievements, and help amplify their stories.
Planning a celebration does not have to be another burden on your plate. We simply ask for 30 calendar days’ notice so our team can help you recognize the moment in a meaningful way.
These celebrations are about more than one day. They are honoring the progress of independent pharmacy and sharing what is possible when owners are supported by a strong cooperative.
