Anyone who knows Scott can tell he has a genuine passion for helping people.

“Even as a child, a lot of my adult mentors worked in service-related industries, did volunteer work in the community, so that was an example that was set for me at a young age,” Scott said.

Scott joined IPC as a regional sales representative in 2012. Over the next decade he visited pharmacies all over the Midwest, developing relationships with members and gaining a deep understanding of not only their goals but also what keeps them up at night.

Scott says what he finds most rewarding is empowering members to better their business.

“When something new comes to light, I’m fortunate enough to have a network of people that I can rely on to get their perspective and learn several different ways to solve problems.”

Scott resides in Beaver Dam, WI with his wife of 20 years and two of their three teenage kids (the oldest just started her freshman year of college). They love to spend time outdoors as a family, especially at nearby Horicon Marsh, one of the largest freshwater marshes in the world.

When he’s not helping IPC members or being active with his family, Scott loves listening to music. He has quite a collection – 900 CDs and 150 albums spanning all genres.
