Photo Guidelines & Rules
- Eligibility: Open to all IPC member and affiliate pharmacies.
- Quality: Images should be clear, well-lit, and high-resolution.
- Originality: Photos must be original and taken by your pharmacy team.
- Consent: You must have permission from any identifiable individuals. No visible patient information. All entries must be accompanied by a photo release signed by the individuals pictured in the photographs. Get photo release form here.
- Usage: By entering, you grant IPC permission to use your photos on our various marketing platforms including but not limited to: website, marketing materials, and social channels.

Entries will be judged based on:
- Creativity & Clarity: Visual appeal and composition of the photo.
- Relevance: How well it demonstrates patient and community care.
