SCOTUS Schedules Arguments for Rutledge v. PCMA ERISA Preemption Case

Jul 15, 2020
The Supreme Court of the United States announced Monday that it will hear the Rutledge v PCMA case on Tuesday, October 6th. While it hasn't been determined how the Court will hear cases in the fall, Supreme Court case arguments during the COVID-19 pandemic have been conducted by conference call.

IPC is proud to have financially supported the National Council of Insurance Legislators Foundation enabling NCOIL to submit a brief to SCOTUS supporting Arkansas' right to protect its citizens and businesses by regulating how PBM conduct themselves within their state.

IPC will continue to keep you up to date on the specific time of the October 6 Rutledge hearing as more information becomes available. Questions or Concerns? Contact IPC's Government Relations Team at GovernmentRelations@ipcrx.com.
