We at IPC value your business and understand how important it is that you are able to service your patients without disruption. We also know there have been service issues with orders placed with the IPC warehouse either being delayed or lost by our logistics carrier, UPS. 

We too, are extremely upset that this happening, as we are not receiving the service we expect from UPS. We continue to work on this issue with UPS management, and hope to have other solutions very soon for those being impacted by this. 

IPC is sending all Rx packages via the highest UPS service level for the remainder of the holiday season.
