Selma Pharmacy in Selma, CA, celebrated its Grand Opening event on Saturday, December 12. In spite of recently elevated state restrictions due to the pandemic, 50-100 people showed up for the outdoor event.
“Everything was great, we had three hours of celebration with the community and Chamber of Commerce,” said owner, Sammy Dous.
IPC sponsored the event by providing 150 tote bags and two raffle prizes, Amazon Fire Tablets, which were given away during the celebration. IPC also organized a direct mail campaign to generate interest with nearby residents.
Selma Pharmacy staffs Spanish-speaking employees and is open five days a week, Monday through Friday. The store offers free delivery to adjacent communities, free immunizations, free wellness screenings and more.
